Your agent will send a lease confirmation to the apartment and must receive a confirmation back from the apartment management before you can be scheduled for a FREE MOVE or your CASH BACK amount can be verified.
You cannot be transferring to a sister property or moving onsite.
Cash Back is up to $200, based on rent and commission percentage.
The commission paid to the locator must be 50% or greater and the lease must be for 6 months or more for you to receive a free move or cash back.
Cash Back will be paid once we are paid our commission, usually within 30-60 days.
Remember the apartment, condo, duplex or townhome you choose MUST work with apartment locators for you to be eligible for the FREE MOVE or CASH BACK.

100% Free Moves or Cash Back Terms

1. We will move ALL items from your current apartment to your new qualifying apartment, provided your move is a two-hour job or less.
2. Sorry, no free stops included.
3. You must have ALL applicable items dissembled, boxed and sealed.
4. Your FREE MOVE includes EVERYTHING, providing your move time is within our time limits!
   • 1 Bedroom - free move limited to 2.5 hours or less
   • 2 Bedroom - free move limited to 3.5 hours or less
   • 3 Bedroom - freemove limited to 4.5 hours or less
5. Hourly rates apply if the move requires additional time: $75 per hour for a two-man crew, $85 per hour for a three-man crew and $100 per hour for a four-man crew. Payment is the responsibility of the client if the move goes over the allotted FREE time limits. We will estimate the length of time your move should take in advance, based on information provided by the client. Any changes occurring after the estimate, may result in additional charges as indicated above.
6. There may be a minimal extra charge for additional stops and/or wait time caused by client.
7. Your 100% FREE MOVE must not exceed two hours. The time will be confirmed in advance by our estimator, so you have no surprises.

After you have REGISTERED with us, found your new apartment home, INCLUDED OUR NAME ON YOUR GUEST CARD, APPLICATION and on your NEW LEASE, you are ready to plan your move.

Just call us and we will arrange everything. First, we confirm your information with your new apartment management, then we call you to work out all the details. It's that simple!
